Private, small group & corporate sessions across central London
Every session and programme is built around you. We assess your current condition, discuss your goals, then design sessions that work. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, scheduled at times that suit you. We teach at your home, office, or online via video call.
We also offer the opportunity to video your session so that you can review your session and deepen your learning take aways.
One-to-one private yoga sessions
